This is a notice for all members of the Calgary Chess Club.

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 6:30 pm.

At this time we will wait for an updated membership list and will have the Agenda and Minutes e-mailed on the 5th of October.

This is a very important AGM and know that only members will be permitted to attend. We need your voice so don't forget to register.
